F1 Steering Wheel
Description
**In order to design the version with the 4.3 Nextion dsiplay and RPM LEDs, I used the step file from Leecarl's design** **This design uses a customized version of these paddle shifters from Conspicuous19** **The quick-release-system is inspired by this one from Weissnix4711**
Hey guys, this is my attempt on creating a fully 3D-printable F1 steering wheel.
Parts list

Electronics:
- 10x 12mm momentary switches - 2x Micro switches - 3x EC-11 rotary encoders with 20mm shaft / 3x KY-040 rotary encoders (choose the fitting "middlepart.stl") - 1x TM1638 (JY-LKM1638) LED module (headers need to be removed) OR 1x Nextion 4.3/3.5/2.8 inch display and 2x 8bit WS2812 LED board - 4x Neodymium magnets 10mm diameter x 5mm height - 1x GX12 4pin connector - 1x ProMicro - 1x Arduino Nano or (for the Nextion version) 1x USB to TTL module - 1x Small USB hub (USB 2.0 is sufficient for the TM1638 version, however, if you are using a bigger nextion display, you may want to use a USB 3.0 hub (and a USB 3.0 port on your PC) because of higher power requirements) - 1x 31.8mm bike clamp (for "quickreleasehub_g29.stl") - (Optional: Carbon fiber vinyl wrap (if you decide to apply a vinyl wrap to your steering wheel, then you may want to use the "middlepart_TM1638_flat_version.stl" or the "middlepart_nextion4.3inch.stl"...)

Screws:
(see image 5 and 6)
M2

4x M2x10

M3

4x M3x10

4x M3x12

8x M3x16 (for TM1638 version)

4x M3x6 (for Nextion version)

4x M3x4 (for Nextion version)

8x M3x25

24x M3 Nut

M4

2x M4x18

2x M4x35

4x M4 Nut

M5

3x M5x40

3x M5 Nut

M6

4x M6x35 (for the

4x M6 Nut
