Govee Immersion Camera Mount for Hisense 55H8G TV
Description
This is a mount to affix the screen-facing camera of a Govee Immersion LED backlight kit to the top of a Hisense 55H8G television, which is otherwise too thin to attach one (and there are necessary parts on the underside of the screen, making a bottom mount difficult). I don't have other TV models to test compatibility for, but if you do, let me know in the comments and I'll update here. It is sized for a flush fit in all dimensions, accounting for the mounting tape that comes attached to the camera and some standard 3M strips to attach the mount to the TV. I was surprised once I had it installed that with the camera level, there is actually a fair amount of excess in front of my TV that is picked up by the camera. Luckily, the calibration app allows you to only map the part of the image that is your screen capture. Someday I may design a v2 mount that allows for adjustable tilt to really dial that in--if you like, you could easily shim the mount to tilt it forward.
