Orange Pi R1+ Acrylic Shields
Description
Acrylic protective shields for Orange Pi R1+ (plus). 1 - Dimensional drawing on librescad. Check DXF layers TOP and BOTTOM. 2 - OpenSCAD script was used to export layers as SVG. 3 - Loaded onto inkscape and combined shapes according to types of CNC operation. 4 - Used jscut.org to create toolpaths: Pocket whites, outline blacks, use red as tabs. 5 - CNC milled out o PVC with an unmodified SainSmart Genmitsu 3018. 5 - Reamed holes and (not) sanded off tabs. 6 - Assembled using 5mm and 10mm brass spacers.
