K40 Smoke / Air Assist Splitter for LightObject Nozzle and tinkerneering's Air Assist
Description
I wanted an air assist that didn't use a plastic nozzle on the laser head (for safety reasons) and allowed the use of a quieter air pump. I designed this to work with the LightObject metal air assist nozzle and tinkerneering's 3D printed directed nozzle. It restricts the air to the metal nozzle so there's just enough to keep the smoke away from the lens while focusing the majority to the directed plastic nozzle. It is held in place inside the 3D printer nozzle using a short piece of aquarium tubing on the end of the metal valve. I have included RJC0235's remix of tinkerneering air assist nozzle as I also had issues slicing the original model.
