HV EV Cable Clamp Clip

I take no responsibility for how anyone chooses to use these files. Cable clip/clamp intended for mounting HV traction wiring cables for electric vehicle conversions. This was designed for 20mm OD cable. The cable used was 70mm^2 double insulated from Zero EV. The screw is a standard M6 roofing bolt. 30 or 40mm length is suitable depending on the thickness and flatness of bodywork. The nut is a standard square roofing nut that fits into a slot. The advantage of these screws is they have a shallow domed head, and so fit neatly below carpet. Also included is a asymmetric variant where the clamping surface isn't flat. I found this suitable for when the bodywork has ridges which would otherwise prevent the clamp from being parallel to the floor. The SOLIDWORKS part files are included so the design could be modified for different clamping surfaces or cable diameter. I recommend using a durable chemical resistant filament (I used PETG) and printing at no less than 40% infill.
