Petzl Quark Ice Axe Pick Protector
Description
A simple ice axe pick protector designed to fit the Petzl Quark. It should fit any of the Petzl technical picks that are under 5mm thickness. My design is built around the ICE variant (purchased 2021). The hole accepts 1/8" (3mm) [shock cord](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X3R5K8C/ref=cm_sw_su_dp). 10 inches (254mm) of cord is enough to form a loop with an overhand knot which fits securely around the head of the axe. Printed in PLA, it weighs 0.5 oz (14g), including the shock cord loop. Happy climbing!
