Anet A8 Power Panel
Description
This is a remix of my Anet A8 Power Switch Front mount that includes an opening for a DC LED volt meter for monitoring power supply health and verifying proper voltage adjustment for the PSU. I had a similar configuration on my CTC A10S, which I later installed on my Anet A8 Plus. I find it handy to see what's going on with the printers power supply at a glance. The 3 digit volt meters I'm using are an old bulk Ebay purchase I made years ago for unrelated projects. The red LED meters work at voltages from 2.5 to 30 volts DC, so they're fine for use on either 12 volt or 24 volt power supplies. The opening for the volt meter is 2.35 x 1.45 CM. A current listing for these volt meters describes them as 3.3 x 2.3 x 1.5(cm), 3.3CM being the outer measurement for the PCB mounting tangs, 2.3CM is the width, and 1.5 is an inaccurate measurement of the height. I know when I bought these meters years ago that I didn't pay more than $1 a piece, but they're going currently from $1.50 to $3.00 a piece on Ebay. The rocker switch opening is 2.2 x 2.9 CM.
