UPDATED 1 AGUSTUS 2021 AND MAINTAINED PLASE LIKE AND COMMENT, so other person can notice this new update and maintained model. this is a remix of "Solstie"' design. for better information you can visit Solstie youtube for assembly process. yes i'm a lazy person sorry. i strengthened the neck of the guitar by adding a hole to the neck of the guitar so that the slicer would create a wall around the hole which made the neck of the guitar stronger without having to add an inefficient infill. sorry i replaced "IDL" with letter "W" you can patch it in 3d editor. i focus on wall thickness rather than infill which is inefficient. you can print at a higher speed for faster completion. this design is also more material-efficient on the lower neck, so it can be used to strengthen the middle and upper neck. on creality ender 3 v2 (220mmx220mmx250mm) i can print at 50mm/s on all parts (of course i don't use this setting every day, i can't wait) and a wall thickness of 2.4mm with a little infill. the addition of temperature, a little overextude, and overlap can further tighten each layer and remove infill stringing noise (other person makes). i use pattern line/zigzag but infill using gyroid. 1 roll/1 kg is more than enough to make this guitar. UPDATE The guitar sound nice enough, its first time i restring with nylon string its not easy if you like it durable and perfect, so you can consider to learning restring nylon on youtube first. Be sure you're glued FULLY surface on split section, and betwen neck and body you can just fully glued facing front surface only. if you afraid about glue melting on guitar body, i have tips by using electrical tape for covering and guide glue, you can use only for bottom of 2 split. Its about guitar tuner yes you can glued it without screw (its recommend because with screw you can wrap/split betwen layer). THE FRONT FACING RING TUNER IS THE KEY FOR DURABILITY MAKE SURE YOU'RE GLUED IT and position on bottom hole (make it strong) BE SURE YOU'RE USING 2.4 mm / 6 line on 0.4 nozzle and about infill just make it dont loose or you can hear stringing noise, i only use 5% only for top layer purpose. MAKE SURE YOU'RE JOINT WITH ACCURATE ALLIGMENT or the string will jammed, if you fail you can make tolerance on other split (you have other 5 part if you fail 1 you can aligment other split with more tolerance inverted from the fail) I use cheapest nylon string in Indonesia country, and its nice and dont broke on first time, its branded orphee made in china of course haha but nice packaging and better than no brand. And for tuner i using no brand cheapest again in online marketplace, i dont know spesification, but the model is split for 6 string, i dont know if you can use double 3 pair on this guitar, but the hole is oversize but make sure you put the tunner on bottom so the pressure will directed to guitar neck rather than the tuner. Close the strengthen hole at bottom and top layer. 2. Make the bridge rounded so it will durable nylon string. 3. Make outside fret softer/rounded so it wont hurt your hand (im bleeding haha its sharp) maybe update in augustust 2021 stay tuned. SPLIT UPPER BRIDGE, so when you make something fool you can adjust the bridge height or make comfortable string height. MAYBE FINISH IN SEPTEMBER 2021 I thing the body mid and bottom need to be more sturdied again (to make sound more crisp, now low frequency sound like inside can, do you agree with my statement?) but its need redesign its cant be setting from slicer, do you need this update? Downloaded 650x + but every update its counting from zero again.
