Inmotion V11/V12 Pedal Hanger Bumpers
Description
I designed these bumpers to protect the pedal hangers on my Inmotion V11. They can be pressed into the detent hole underneath the pedal hangers, but I also added some double-sided 3M tape to adhere them even better. NOTE: If you want to print these in something other than TPU, you may need to remix the size of the protrusion on the top of the bumper. I designed it to fit very snugly with a flexible material. I used Overture TPU at 222C, with the bed heated to 45C (optional). Very slow at 25m/s, 115% flow rate, and 0.12mm layer height makes for very nice prints on my Ender 3 Pro. I used 30% infill, but that could be adjusted based on how squishy or firm you want the bumpers. Update: I had a demo V12 for a week, the pedal hangers are almost identical to the V11, except for a shallower holder-pin. I made some small modifications to make a bumper for each wheel. Update (10/9/21): I added 2 STL files with 5mm alignment pins. If you want to print these in something other than TPU, these should work better.
