HeVORT Hemera V6 and Volcano Berd Air Mount

HeVORT Hemera V6 and Volcano Berd Air Mount

Description

Hi, This is my take on a Berd Air tube mount for the HeVORT Hemera using the V6 hot end. EDIT: I've now included a version for the Volcano hot end, which I'm happily using. I don't have access to an SLA printer to print the cool tube version. But this uses tubes, and just does a cut inside the block. I printed without supports, and then shoved a 16g wire in each of the holes to clear out any PetG hairs. Since I'm just now getting to the point of printing (hopefully this weekend), and want to use this hot end for a bit, and will then upgrade to Volcano Hot End. When I do, I will post an update for the Volcano. You need to change the orientation, and print it on its nozzle end. You will need a M3x14 and an M3x10 to mount it. If you saw my berd air tube guide, you can use it for drilling, after trimming the length, you will need to chop off an additional 4mm. I'll update that file shortly, and add it to this thing. It uses a 1/4 right angle tube coupler, where I trimmed off the end and the 1st ring, so there are 2 rings left, and then you need to sand them down a bit to get them to fit. I printed this in PetG
