Battery Electric Shunting Tractor - Hornby Ruston 48DS Chassis
Description
This is a simple push-fit over the Hornby 00 Gauge Ruston 48DS chassis. No modification is required to the chassis, so you can reinstate the original body at any time and the match-truck supplied with the DS can still be used if desired. It is not based on any specific prototype, but is typical of the small battery electric locomotives used in industrial locations in the UK. The window set is obviously intended to be printed using clear resin! Successfully printed on an Anycubic Mono and Mono X. There are some integral internal horizontal braces, which can be clipped off once the model is cured.
