Revopoint POP Turntable Mod - ND-P2005
Description
A couple of months back I received my Revopoint POP 3D scanner package from the Kickstarter campaign I backed. I was a little disappointed with the functionality of the supplied turntable (ND-P2005) and had been looking around for a more functional replacement until I came a across a post about potentially replacing the stepper motor control board. So I found a suitable stepper motor controller (link at end of description) and proceeded to try the mod for myself to gain more control over the speed of the turntable. To do this I had to make a 3D printed bracket (link at end of description) to accommodate the new board and drilled one hole in the side of the case - hopefully this hack will help me improve the quality of my scans.
