Spektrum SPM4650 20x20 Plate
Description
I designed this 20x20 plate to hold a Spektrum SPM4650 receiver in my ShenDrones CineWhoop quadcopter, but can be used in any quad with a 20x20 pattern. I have generally used zip ties to fix my receivers to my quads, but wanted a plate this time around to clean up the build. You can hold the receiver in place with double sided tape, velcro, or zip ties if you put a small foam pad underneath it. The zip tie slots line up so that they hold down on the rear of the receiver and behind the bind button, not allowing it to move. I made the holes 2mm (not threaded). I found that it holds just fine if you just run M2 bolts into the holes for mounting. You could also put a nut on the top side if you want extra security. Printing: I have a Qidi i-mate S, but these settings should work for just about any printer (nothing fancy here). 0.2mm Layer Height 10% Infill 60mm/s Print Speed 100 mm/s Travel Speed Printing Temperature - 200C Build Plate Temperature Initial Layer - 60C Build Plate Temperature - 50C I used white Overture PLA and it came out under 2g total weight. You can use any filament and color you wish!
