SHIYANG dental drill pedal kill switch
Description
This is a pedal kill switch attachment for a SHIYANG-III dental tool. This safety switch ensures that the pedal is disabled when the switch is set in the off position. No support is necessary as long as you use a material that doesn't sag very much on bridging (like PLA). This box fits a KCDI-101 switch. This thing is the same height as the plastic housing, so 2 rubber feet are needed to raise it up to the same height. I used velcro to stick it to the side. The only aspect of this design that doesn't look right is the position of the switch which doesn't line up with the other switches. I eyeballed that dimension. Fusion360 file is provided, so feel free to modify as desired.
