Z250 Fender Eliminator
Description
Remix of user battlejack's "Kawasaki Ninja 300 Fender Eliminator." What is different? -Added an adapter to the top of the eliminator in order to fit flush to the body of a Z250/Z400 -Created a larger hole for the wiring harness to fit the blinkers and license plate illuminator -Lengthened distance between license plate bracket and illuminator in order to fit illuminator -Widened the brackets for the license plate in order to accommodate Japanese plates -Reinforced entire body and created a more "boxy" aesthetic You will have to manually drill the holes for the adapter plate, as I did not create holes in FreeCAD. Also be aware that you will need longer bolts; I opted to get 35mm long bolts but they are a touch longer than necessary. This may fit other "Z" models but I only know for certain it fits the 250 and 400cc models. Post print I put several coats of outdoor paint/primer and finished with clear coat. Looks nice, blends well enough with my bike! Feel free to make improvements!
