Toys for boys-Port/sea marks- beacon, buoy

Description

Toys for boys. Old boys use computers, small boys need other toys Well, we have ships , almost fully equipped, we have some port equipment, time to take the ship to the port for discharging. Hold on... what is her draught? Is approach deep enough for her safe passage? Maybe not, maybe not everywhere - that's why safe route should be marked with navigational marks (sea marks). Here are 2 basic kinds of marks - beacon, usually with light and topmark, normally located in shallow areas (sometimes 2 beacons, different heights, are used as leading lights) and buoy with light or topmark or both - consult IALA buoyage system for different topmarks, colours, light characteristics. Of course buoys should have anchors to keep them in position - on shallow water, or weak current one anchor is enough, on deep water, at sea area etc few anchors are used - this set we called family set, when I worked in this bussiness - buoy is seaman/daddy, big anchor-mom, and small -children. Buoy is connected with big anchor by long chain. Children are connected by short chains to long chain in regular distance. More children - daddy is not wandering too far, right? By the way- column with light can be used as breakwater heads, light on jetty etc. And there is cover for buoy without column & light - this set can work as mooring buoy. Some weight should be added to buoy bottom and anchors - modelling clay should be ok (or glue stell nuts inside) Enjoy! it is made in not published version 5 of Template Shapes_Text https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4863092 (CSV code compression) Code of this design with compression to CSV consist of 60 lines. With standard OpenScad commands probably 3x more template code will be included in next database release.
