Whitty Bomb Helmet
Description
This was a design for my nephew for Halloween. It is oversized as is but as long as the base helmet and lenses are scaled to the same ratio they still function as designed. The plan is for the fuse be to made from a supported rope or thick pipe cleaners. The main item to pay attention to for the sizing is the head entry hole. The rest of the helmet is large enough that it just needs padding to fill the excess space once you get past that point. The lenses were resin printed and then sanded and polished down to a smooth see through finish. This could be done with whatever plastic inserts you want. I just wanted to certain look and finish that I could get easier with the resin printer. It does require a good amount of sanding and polishing to get a non distorted view through the colored lenses.
