Cloudray K40 Adjustable Air Assist Nozzle 12mm Lens 50.8mm Focus Gauge
Description
This gauge works with the Cloudray 12mm adjustable air assist nozzle for finding the proper focal point with it's 50.8mm lens. It sets the focal point at 10.5mm (the thickness of a AAA battery) below the nozzle head, so it will work with other laser heads using this distance. I have confirmed it works perfectly with the Cloudray compound lens head. The numbers on the gauge represent the thickness of what you want to cut and were created with the below formula to keep the focal point in the middle of your material. Just put this on top of what your material, loosen the nozzle so that it sits on the correct setting, then tighten it back up. • Focal Length - (Thickness / 2).
