BLV MGN Sherpa Mini Carbon Tube high Acceleration

BLV - Remix to minimize the Weight: - Carbon Tube (Aluminium 190g -> Carbon 60g) - Serpa Mini lightweight extruder (Bondtech BMG Full size Stepper 390g -> Sherpa Mini 120g) Additional Features: - Volcano Hotend - ADXL345 accelerometer for Klipper - Mini IR bed level sensor - 50mm radial fan (Sunon MF50151VX-B00C-A99/MF50152VX-1L02C-A99) This thing is based on the original BLV MGN design and modified to it's needs. The "X carriage - Top" does use a 4.6mm hex bras rod 24-26mm threaded on both ends. The screw is not going through due to easier maintainability. This can be replaced with the original one. M3x4 knurled screws are used for the IR-Sensor, 40mm Fan and the ADXL345 mount. Make sure to use nylon screws or at least nylon washers for the ADXL345. The Y-Mount does use 9mm square M5 nuts with M5x40 bolts. You will need a carbon tube 460mm and drill all the holes yourselves. I'll used 6 M3 screw to fix the rails and just a nut from the bottom. The rail is not centered lengthwise, so mount the Y-Mount first with the carbon tube and THEN drill the holes for the rails. Y_Mounts goes into the tube and need to be a tight fit. The hole in the middle plus M3 nut is a solution to get the mount out again after assembly by pulling with an M3 bolt. All parts are aligned.
