LiFePo4 Battery Pack

LiFePo4 Battery Pack

Description

This is a design for a 24v 216AH LiFePo4 battery pack. I will be using this dedicated pack to run my AC overnight in the summer and for extra back up power in the winter. To make a 24v battery will require 8 individual packs connected in series (or 4 for a 12v battery). Using 36 - 32700 6000mah cells per pack will give me 216AH. I have included a plate to mount the BMS and an active balance charger under the 120mm fan with a filter module for the other end. There are covers across the top to conceal wires and a strip along the seams to conceal the nickel strip splices on the other 3 sides. The SCAD is adjustable for different size cells and the amount of cells, rows of cells, etc... // Which part would you like to see? part = "7"; // [1:Cell holder,2:Cell spacer,3:Pack spacer,4:Filter module,5:Fan module,6:Wire cover,7:All] Battery_diameter=32; Battery_height=70; Number_of_cells=5; Number_of_rows=6; Nickel_strip_width=10; Wall_thickness=2.9; //Cell separator automatically generated Space_between_cells=.5;//Set to 0 if not used Vent_holes="yes"; Vent_hole_size=6.5; //Mount the BMS on the pack spacer behind the fan Mount_screw=4; BMS_mount="yes"; BMS_height=17; BMS_Width=150; BMS_Length=102; //Mount the BC on the pack spacer behind the fan BC_mount="ys"; BC_height=16; BC_Width=70; BC_Length=91; //In case the mounts fall out on the vent holes BMS_shift_up_down=0; BMS_shift_left_right=0; BC_shift_up_down=-59; BC_shift_left_right=53; Rods="yes"; Rod_size=6.6; Filter_height=45; Brand_on_filter="ys"; End_on_wire_cover="yes"; Fan_size="120";//[80,120] /************************************************* LiFePo4 Battery pack Author: Lee J Brumfield Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial - No Derivatives *************************************************/
