OneUp/TwoUp Extruder Housing Assembly

OneUp/TwoUp Extruder Housing Assembly

Description

I Started With A Housing Found Here And Made Some Changes. I Removed The "Bump" Where The Nozzle Mounts Because This Made It Very Difficult To Clean-Up This Diameter. I Changed The Lever To Exit Out The Side To Make It Much Easier To Use And Get Your Fingers Away From The Hot-End. I Added A Motor Spacer As A Separate Part To Help Keep The Motor Heat Away From The Housing, To Give Moving Air Another Place To Exit And To Make It Easy To Use The Original Screws. On The Carriage Part, I Took An Existing Design And Cut It Into Two Pieces Which Eliminated 70% Of The Filament Required To Print. I Also Cut The Section Widths Down To Lighten It Up. I Added A Couple Stops To Accomodate A 20Mm X 6Mm Fan And Use The Belt Clamp As A Bridge Between The Two Pieces. Last I Created A Simple Filament Guide To Mount To The Top-Center Of The Printer. Here Are The Pieces: Modified Housing Filament Lever 2 Piece Carriage Slip-On Belt Clamp Main Fan Bracket Motor Spacer
