Infantry Tray Character Adapter

Infantry Tray Character Adapter

Description

This is meant as a way to use character models that have been based on 40mm round bases for use in other games in Oathmark units that use 25x25mm bases. The tray is slightly larger than 125x50. I designed it to match the trays by WarPrintUK ( https://www.thingiverse.com/warprintuk/designs ) that hold my models that are on 25mm round bases. I figure anyone that’s worried about tray being a couple of millimeters off is probably playing something other than Oathmark. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but the center 25mm on the front and back edge is raised slightly to indicate where the officer facing is supposed to be. I’ve made a 50x50mm frame that sets inside of the tray with a hole in the middle that a 40mm round base will fit into. That’s the size base that I’ve got most of my character models on. Each corner of the frame has a 3mm hole that can track which of the 4 25x25 positions in the large tray that the frame takes up should have had a model removed. I made some small pegs just to have something quick to use, but the holes can fit 3x2mm magnets if I want to use something more decorative to track casualties. I opted to keep the frame separate from the tray so that it can be slid over depending on the side I choose to take casualties on. It also makes the tray more versatile and lets it be used to hold 50x25mm or 25x25mm models.
