Rockwood Freedom 2318G Light Clip
Description
The Light that clips above the dining table in my Rockwood Freedom 2318G Tent-Trailer broke off. Both clips broke. They were really stiff trying to put on and take off and one day they just broke. I redesigned the clip and printed one on my Ender 5 Pro. The clips are great. Much more flexible than the original clip. It holds the lamp on the rod perfectly. I printed this with PLA 1.75mm, 0.18mm Resolution. I printed with supports. When I processed this I flipped it over 180deg to be on the other side. The reason is the cutout on the screw hole. This allowed for less supports. Putting this on the lamp is a bit of a chore. 1. you have to remove the lamp cover. these are tab fits, 4 on each side. 2. The screws that hold the back plate onto the lamp are nut and bolts. You have to remove the plate to get to the bottom under the clips. 3. Remove the broken clamps by removing the nut and bold on the clip. 4. Reinstall the new clip with the same nut and bolt. 5. Reassemble the plate and cover in reverse order. Did not take long to do and works great.
