130mm geared stepper tractor airless wheel

NEMA 17 Tractor Airless Wheel ======================== This 130mm 'tractor type' airless wheel is designed to be directly installed on an [5.18:1 economy geared NEMA 17](https://www.omc-stepperonline.com/economy-planetary-gearbox/?mfp=287-gear-ratio[5.18]). The steppers are driven by TMC2209 and powered by a 3S LiPo. With this gear ratio, torque is not massive but sufficient to pull the mower out of any situation. I created this design after finding a lot of 45x58x7mm bearings on Amazon for less than 5 euros. The 'Damper' allows the inner bearing to sit on the stepper gearbox and the outer bearing to support the 'Hub'. The 'Hub' is secured on the 8mm shaft with a couple of Screw Grub Hex M4. It is composed of 3 elements: + PLA/PETG >'Hub' with a 8mm mount + TPU >'Damper' for the 45x58x7mm Bearing >V4 or V5 'Wheel' There are two versions of the tire: V4 has 20 pairs of treads (18°) V5 has 12 pairs of treads (30°)
