AirBadminton Belt Winder
Description
## _About_ This is a belt winder I designed to roll up the lines of a portable outdoor AirBadminton set. Of course it can be used for any type of belt. ## _Design files_ The included STL files are for a belt of 5cm wide and when rolled up with a diameter of 12cm. The slit to grab the belt is 2.5mm wide. Also included is the Fusion360 design file. Change the user parameters to tweak the design to your belt requirements, see belt_* parameters. Other parameters can be changed as well but are less relevant. ## _Printing_ Support is probably not needed but I did use a bit of support in both of the big holes of the winder body. Nothing else needs support. I printed this with 0.2 layer height and 40% infill for ruggedness, seems more than adequate for my application. The spindle was printed with 40mm/s. ## _Assembly_ For easier printing and avoiding a lot of support, there is one small assembly step. Only a single screw is required (screw hole is 3mm wide).
