tonneau clamp cover

I really didn't care for how sharp the edges of the tonneau clamps were that came with my tyger tonneau cover. I was hauling some stuff and I didn't want to lean anything up against them cause they would scratch stuff. I figured a cover would also keep my tonneau cover from rubbing on the bolt head, eliminating premature wear on the vinyl. The cap that I made has many holes to use zip ties if needed to secure the caps better, but it has a clip in the design itself. I would recommend petg or something high temp, as it gets pretty warm in the bed with the black tonneau cover on.
