Robomow RS630 Wheel (CNC/3D Printer)
Description
The gear in my wheel split and I had no idea when the replacement would ship. I only have a smaller printer (Prusa Mini) so I could not print a whole wheel but I do have a CNC router. I designed a wheel that uses the printer for the fine detail in the center hub and then glued several wooden wheels together to get the right size. I don't know how long it would hold up, but the idea is that it'll last a week or two until OEM replacement wheels arrive. The center piece took about 4 hr to print on a Prusa Mini and the wooden wheels took about 3 min each with 1/4 end mill.
