Improved CTC A10S Amazing & Stupidly Overcomplicated Bed Leveling Knob Assembly
Description
This is an upgraded version of my "CTC A10S Amazing & Stupidly Overcomplicated Bed Leveling Knob Assembly". I designed the original part hastily out of necessity because the tiny flower shaped make shift knobs that came with my CTC A10S were completely unmanageable for leveling the crappy steel "partially heated" bed of that printer. There were no models available here or elsewhere that would work for that printer. I recently bought an Anet A8 Plus. I found a nice model for upgraded knobs for the A8 Plus here on thingiverse by "VIKING_DESIGNER" so I've been using it for my A8 Plus since the day I assembled it. I found Mohamed's knobs far more comfortable for me while leveling the A8 Plus and wanted the same experience on my CTC A10S, so I decided to adapt the outer wheel portion of his design to the core and 3 spoke elements of my original design. This assembles the same as my original design. Insert the flower shaped CTC nut to the knob and snap the flower shaped cover over the nut to keep it captive. The knob installs on the printer, flat side up with the spacer inserted between the knob and the bed support. I'll post photo's shortly.
