Dodge A500 42RE / 44RE / 46RE Service Plugs

Description

I replaced the 42RE transmission in my Dodge because it was quite tired with a rebuilt one. After removing it I am pretty sure I found the problem in the valve body but don't have the time right now to service / rebuild it. So I want to store it in my garage until the time comes but a garage can ahem is a very dirty place and I didn't want dirt, debris, metal shavings, bugs etc getting in any of the holes. I looked into some of the generic plug/cup kits but being the "frugal" guy I am sometimes with a nice 3D printer it was a no brainer. So I thought. Of the 5 plugs needed (the trans cooler lines are the same), 4 of them were fairly easy once I adjusted for 30 degree threads vs the standard 45 most openScad generators make. The 5th one for the trans output speed sensor near the tail turns out to be a wonky oddball size and took a few iterations and caliper work. For those just interested the sizes are as follows: Transmission cooler lines are 1/4-18 NPT, you need 2 of these Neutral safety switch / reverse sensor is 3/4-16 and you only need 1 Speed sensor is 0.928-14 (yeah I know right, I did later find 1 reference online confirming this) and you only need 1. Tailshaft plug / cup this was just tweaked until it fits so I don't know the exact dims without opening the files back up. I know this is a very specific item but I needed them and would have loved if they already existed so here they are for anyone else who might one day need them or just one of the plugs for a different purpose. These *should* fit any 42RE / 44RE or 46RE as the external cases are VERY similar and for the most part completely interchangeable. Since the Jeeps also used variations of these transmissions as well they should work there too.
