*Criss Cross Dice Tower with Dice Tray* So, there are lots of remixes of dice towers out there all very much in the similar theme. I thought i’d create new kind of contraption? a different look? Here is a dice tower with criss cross walls, for viewing, but also a new shape of tower. It uses Triangular Baffles to bounce the dice off the sides inside the 4 walled tower, resulting in a clockwise dice roll. [*] Designed to roll dices in clockwise spiral down the tower - 3 directional baffles to bounce dice off the side walls, - Final roll in the catch tray. [*] Suits Dice of Do= 26 mm ( 1 inch ) outer diameter dice size, even your D30’s [+] Designed to be printed upright, with no supports:- - Max. layer height is 0.20mm - don’t go any higher due to slope angles, keep at 0.2mm or less. [+] Designed for no infill:- - Needs at least 4 or 5 top & bottom layers thickness - for corner strength, there lots of corners on this thing [*] It is 210mm high expect 14+ hours or more print time:- - Don’t scale it down, otherwise the tower won’t work, and some dice will get stuck. it needs sufficient spaces ‘bounce gaps’ to bounce dice off the walls. - Don’t reduce the height, otherwise overhangs become too shallow and wont print.
