21700 LiIon Holder / Battery Pack Protector (4S,5S,6S)
Description
Designed to be a simple-to-print, thin cell protector and holder to make DIY 21700 Li-Ion battery packs. The space between the cells can be used for the balancing cables. The layer-shifted design was chosen to make the pack more compact and easier to mount to quads. The comparison photo shows the size difference to a 6S pack of VTC6 18650 with square orientation. The walls are 2mm. 1mm was quite a bit lighter, but too fragile in case of a rough landing. I wanted more than a soldering guide. Snappyness-Demo: https://youtu.be/RE88628SlLY
