Ender IDEX Dual Belt Tensioner

Thank you GalenPeran for your great design! This is a Dual Belt Tensioner for the BIQU E3 IDEX Kit fitted on the Ender 3. The screw and nut list can be found on GalenPeran's design page. I couldn't even begin the assembly of the BIQU kit with the original belt tensioner that came with it. This tensioner allows for easy individual belt tensioning which is crucial for an IDEX machine. I have also made a few other parts to make this kit work.
