ARTSEY.IO Case for Handwiring 'Le Pinceau'
Description
This is a case for a handwired mini keyboard to use with the ARTSEY style of typing, which you can find more info here: https://artsey.io/ It can also be used as an 8 key macropad, or a doorstop. Get creative with it! There are three files that have to be printed for the complete case, the bottom, a choice of top (either the ergo, or ortho) and the 'pro-micro' holder. This can be used with any pro micro, or similar clone, Elite-C or others. Edit: Added two Pro-Micro holders for the recently released USB-C variants, on AliExpress. The purple and blue versions I have are slightly different, and correspond with the STL's posted. Print the case halves bottom side down with regular supports, and I'd recommend printing the pro-micro holder with a tree support. The case uses 4 M2 x 5mm or 6mm screws, and 4, M2 x 3.5 x 4 heat inserts, purchased from AliExpress. There are also recesses in the base to accept standard 3M brand, 8mm x 2mm rubber bumpons. I added colour coded photos to make handwiring simpler, and it currently uses 'The Paintbrush' firmware. The top has an opening to take a .91” 128x32 oled screen, and fits snugly into place. Once wired and tested to make sure it works, you can melt the edges of the plastic to secure it into place.
