Tiki3 (ver3.2) Mount System Orbiter Bowden adxl345

Tiki3 (ver3.2) Mount System Orbiter Bowden adxl345

Description

Update 14 Oct 2021: - Updated fan duct design to V2. used a CFD simulation to check for air path. Initial test produces better overhang result compared to first version - Added body_top with adxl mount. Mounting holes are 19mm apart. Please measure your adxl to check fitting. Will only work with fan_duct V2. Update 12 Sep 2021: shorter version of cable relief added. reduce by 20mm from the original. This is to prevent the cable from hitting the top bar during tall prints. Update 9 Sep 2021: Some minor adjustment to hole sizes for the cable relief, fan duct and body base. A mount and fan duct system for Creality Ender 3/3pro/3V2 and Ender 5/5plus This mount and fan duct system is designed for the hotend carriage of some Creality Ender machines. - Ender 3/3pro/3V2 - Ender 5/5plus Hotend that has been designed for: - Creality stock CR10 hotend (tested) - Mellow NF-Zone CR10 (tested) - Mellow NF-Smart - MicroSwiss All Metal and clones - Red Lizard Tiki3 can be used as direct drive system with the Orbiter V1.5 or in a bowden configuration (No need to print "3_2 Orbiter bracket.stl" if using bowden config) A 5015 fan is required as the stock 4010 fan is underpowered for a dual fan duct system. There are two version for the main body, one is a M3 self-tap and the other uses M3 brass inserts. (M3x3x4.6) for self tap version please use the "M3 3_2 Body_base.stl" and "M3 3_2 Body_top.stl" I have tested the using this system in PLA, PLA+, PETG, Carbon Fiber PETG. While PLA still works, it cannot be used in an enclosure or temp above 240°C. Probe offset is X=35.5mm Y=-5mm Please visit my github page for the other files ie BOM of screws & nuts required, Q&A and STEP files. https://github.com/thrutheframe/Tiki3
