Kite Reel, No bearings, Easy Print
Description
This kite reel spins smoothly. No addition hardware required. Just glue together, I would overload the twist handle with CA glue because of the forces. I printed at 2mm layer height with 2 walls and 10% infill. Only the loop needs support. Took about 20hr print total time. At 100% scale good for medium hands(about 95mm gripping surface from index finger to pinky, scale up if you hands are bigger. maybe glue a washer to the hole the string goes thru, string might wear out over time rubbing against the PLA. all credit goes to jacobmadeit for orginal design
