Permobil R-net CSJM2 smartphone clamp v2
Description
I tried some smartphone holders for Permobil Corpus first. I was looking at something smarter, lighter and easy to setup and found out I had to start from scratch. I modelled P&G (Penny and Gilles) R-net CJSM2 controller ; and test out dimensions adjustment so it fits perfectly by slipping from the front of the Rnet. As for my personal use ; I attached on it an amazon smartphone holder I had no use at the moment as it has a screwed clamp for many smartphone sizes. It has a 1/4 standard tripod screw so any 1/4 screw must fit. https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01MD10K6I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01 [v1] I have to test it out much more on real outdoor conditions to make sure on how it's handling vibrations ; its very tight fit but it may need a thickness increase to get more stiffness on the PLA print. I will update the file if It need so after testing. [v2.2] After a few smartphone fall on gravel (smartphone is okay) vibrations and asphalt irregularities driving around 5mph (8km/h). I reduced the fitting margin by .25mm on sideway axis, and updated it with a larger clamping length (16 to 30mm). I also added a small hooking extrusion so It enable easy "elastic rope" improvement if necessary during next week using ;) Still no support for printing [Features] - Easy/fast to slide in and out - Smart "keep it simple" design - Adaptable to any screw size if you edit the f360 file PLA Full infill .8 extruder
