1/32 scale slot car billboard from old cell phone
Description
Everyone has an old cell phone lying around that needs to get used. Connect it to wireless and use it for a digital bill board or connect it to Race coordinators http://racecoordinator.net/index.html webpage and have real time race results posted around your layout. Or adjust some logo's and use the phones screen saver for digital billboards. this is a 2 part design, the base can be printed at 100% size, but for the phone holder you may want to make adjustments to your scale for larger or smaller phones. the phone holder currently has a pocket that is 10mm thick by 161mm long. know that and measuring your phone, you could adjust the scale of that part +/- to get it to fit your phone. glue the base and the phone holder together, slide under some track and its done. I speed painted this one for a metal effect, but I think it would be just as good in a wood grain paint. This is a work in progress as i plan to add a way to hide the power cord behind a ladder or something that fits the model.
