Laser cut folding costume wings
Description
Laser cut from 4.75mm MDF, should work from any other material of uniform thickness. Add washers as spacers where necessary. M1 in the filename denotes: Make 1 of this part. M9 = make 9, and so-on. Add elastic at the top to pull the wings open. Wings are timed together with gears to open simultaneously when you pull the catch. You might need somebody else to put them down again. Bears a resemblance to, but is distinct from, buzz lightyear ;) Could also be painted in a different style, or edit the wings dxf to make a different shape. Use any of the holes on the backplate for mounting to your chosen costume.
