Puch Moped Clutch Post Drill Guide
Description
This is a drill guide that presses onto the clutch pad post on a puch moped clutch. clutch post ID is 10mm, drill ID is 3mm I printed this at 50% infill, 0.32 layer height, with a 0.8mm nozzle in PLA I beat it onto the first clutch post with a hammer, it was a tight slip fit on the next two posts. Bore a pilot hole with the 3mm drill bit, then clean up with a 3.3mm tap drill for M4x0.7 thread.
