Nintendo Pro Controller Switch Handle
Description
This is a remix of the Nintendo Switch Mount for pro controller by NamelessParanoia which incorporates a movable arm from the Modular Mounting System. # Instructions I printed this in 0.2 mm layer height with 20% infill and supports (required) at 15% density. 1) In any order print these 4 files - Arm Switch Holder (remix on Modular Mounting System) - Holder.V2 (Unchanged from Nintendo Switch Mount for pro controller) - Switch Holder Mount (remix on Nintendo Switch Mount for pro controller) - Pro Controller Mount (remix on Nintendo Switch Mount for pro controller) (Mount_Connector_Flat does not need to be printed, this is here to make remixing easier) 2) Assemble Prints - Remove all support material - I had luck with using a box cutter to remove support material from within the hinges then I used a marker tool like [this](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Rinhoo-Center-Punch-Marker-Automatic-Spring-Loaded-Marking-Starting-Tool-Steel-Hand-Window-Breaker/254635000) to remove support material from the holes. - Clip Holder.V2 into the Switch Holder Mount - Insert arm into both hinges and insert the bolt, then tighten wing nut and assembly is complete. Total print time should be around 5-10 hours, I didn't keep close track on how much time was spent, but I was able to complete this in an afternoon. To connect the arm hinges you will need an M5 bolt (in pictures I used a 35mm bolt because that is what I had access to, a shorter one can be used if desired) and an M5 wing nut. (optional) In the Modular Mounting System there are files for a printed bolt and nut. I have not tried these out as I had a bolt available, but if you try that leave a comment here letting me know if that worked! # Functionality This currently only will fit with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller (and any other 3rd party controllers that are the same size, I have not tested any) # Future Plans I plan to update this post eventually to support more controllers (specifically the 8Bitdo SN30 Pro + and PowerA Wireless Gamecube Controller since those are the ones I use most often). I have included a file (Mount Connector Flat) here which is just a single flat Male connector from the Modular Mounting System. This can be added to a mount that fits another controller if you are interested in adding support for a controller yourself in another remix. # Changes In this Remix - Added Hinged arm to provide more flexibility in switch angle while playing - Removed sharp corner near D-Pad ## Updates - 9/22/2021: Made cut out for right analog stick on the Pro_Controller_Mount larger to allow stick to fully go to right without hitting mount.
