Air Plant Holder / Vase
Description
Hello everyone! (ツ)╯ I designed this vase for air plants, with a lattice like structure. This particulare type of plant does grows on tree branches without the need for soil. In order to avoid the growth of fungi, this plant must be well ventilated. The vase consists of two parts; the vase (Fig.: (C, 2)) and an optional adapter (Fig.: (C, 1)) for smaller plants. This vase was designed using Fusion360 and Blender. Print: To tolerate the sunlight, this vase was printed with white PTEG, which is prone to stringing. If you are using Simplify3D, activate 'avoid crossing outline' to be able to remove any stringing easy. Due to the thin wall of the vase adapter, I recommend printing it with a brim (Fig.: (B)).
