Full-scale Keyblade Kingdom Key replica, w/ a 3ft x 1" Dia. wooden dowel acting as the core of the keyblade, with another 3ft PVC tube around it to give it a glossy finish after paint, forgive the model naming if you will. "Chi" is the full keyblade model, not to be printed, just for reference. "ChiG" and "ChiG2" are the grips, might need to be split into two again if your print bed is not big enough. They are held together with two 3/8-16 heat-set inserts from McMaster-Carr: https://www.mcmaster.com/threaded-inserts/tapered-heat-set-inserts-for-plastic-7/ "ChiB" is the blade, which comforms around the PVC tube, can be either glued or doweled in place "ChiC' is the coupler that goes between the PVC tube and the grips, slides right on "ChiCAP" caps off the end of the PVC tube, glue in place "ChiGrip" is the knurled grip, should be a tight fit around the wooden dowel
