CR10-V3 Standalone SKR2 +TFT43 version AND RRF3.3

CR10-V3 Standalone SKR2 +TFT43 version AND RRF3.3

Description

This is a REMIX of 2 other great mods that are out there for the CR-10 and for the TFT43. It felt pointless to recreate them from scratch when they are such great designs and they worked well for this mod. So i want to thank the original creators for giving me the ideea and some of the parts. I salute you !! This mod is intended to replace the ugly separate box of the CR10 V3 with something integrated into base of the printer. This mod works on any printer really. You can route cables into the box through any hole. Its up to you. Also the control box is .3mf so you can edit it in Fusion360 with ease. This mod is best used with a BIGTREETECH ESP 07S WIFI Module and high quality SD card Components: 1 - Cr10 V3 ( or any similar printer) 1 - Skr 2 board from Bigtreetech 1 - Noctua 12v FLX fan 1 - Step down converter 24v to 12v ( for the fan) 1 - TFT 43 from Bigtreetech 20 Each 3mm and 4mm T nuts ( less than that but be prepared) 30 3mm screws 6 - 8mm lenght 26 4mm screws 6 - 8mm lenght Wire for extending PSU cables Wire connectors Printed parts: 2 X PSU mounts 2X left and right leg 1 x tft43 box ( 3 parts) 1x control box ( 2 parts) ** UPDATE1 **Using the built in BLTouch wiring kept giving me problems during printing. The probe would activate randomly during printing wich made me go another route and that is to bypass the original wires completely and make my own out of shielded cat 6A cable. Now the probe is much more consistent and i had not experienced any accidental trigers. The cable runs directly from the bltouch to the skr2 board. It doesnt look preety but this is not a beauty contest so we are good. ** UPDATE 2 ** I have added the files for the filament sensor with reverse bowden setup. The files have been created to be printable friendly, just make sure your printer is calibrated as to respect the tolerances. You will need 6pieces of 3X8mm hex screws for the parts assembly and mounting to the x carriage. ** UPDATE 3 ** Reprap Firmware 3.3 has been added and tested. You can find all the necesary files in the archive folder. You will need to flash the board first by folowing the guide here : https://teamgloomy.github.io/Configurator/Start . And wire the board using the schematics here https://teamgloomy.github.io/skr_2.0_general.html . Then you can just copy the files from here over to your sd card and bob's your uncle. The config has updated bed leveling speeds, bed mesh , automatic x gantry level, and you can find start and end gcode files for your favourite slicer included in the archive. As a consideration when wiring, the fan and kfan are using a common ground pin , You can connect them to CNC fan 0 and 1 on the skr board. For the creality endstops you can trim the 2 pin endstop to fit in the 3 pin endstop of the skr. At a future date i will update the pinout and how to wire it exactly so it will be easy for anyone to do. ( got college exams atm so no time) Also and this is very important! I recommend not using creality daughterboard to wire the bltouch and just use a shielded wire from the skr to the bltouch directly. Or you will have interference and false trigers on the probe.
