Makita RT0700 / Katsu Router Modular baseplate kit with NO DRILL Circle Jig

Makita RT0700 / Katsu Router Modular baseplate kit with NO DRILL Circle Jig

Description

Inspired by the routerbases on Thingiverse i missed one major thing... I dont want to spend a lot of time screwing jigs on and off of my base..... so i designed... An extensive modular kit for your Makita RT0701C / RT0700 / Katsu router. Note; i also remixed this as a NON modular set: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4981549 Consisting of: - Modular Base Plate to fit on your router. (Use your original screws, they should sit flush with the surface) - 6mm and 8mm Center placing pin to make sure that baseplate is centered. - Empty top.... for nothing - 40mm Bushing top. outside circle is 40mm from centre - Flush trim top - Wide flush trim top - Square top 100mm - Sidemount guide for 18mm plywood - Sidemount guide for 36mm plywood - Empty top enabled for side dustcollection connector - Wide base 1 knob, enabled for dustcollection connector (see pic) - Dustcollection connector for 35mm hose (see pic) - Wide base 2 knobs - Knob for previous plates. (Use M4 flat top screw) - Circle Jig 50-150mm (10mm increments) from center of router. - Circle Jig 45-165 (5mm increments) from the outside of an 8mm bit - NO DRILL circle jig pin. Use the wellknown 'bluetape' trick to superglue two pieces of blue tape; one on the workpiece, one on the circle jig pin. - Circle Jig Knob for extra hold of the circle jig pin. - Standoff to mount on the side of your router as an extra support foot. A lot of work went into designing this and it is probably not a complete set, but it contains all I need. Update: 23/09/2021: - CircleJig 8mm bit had a minor bug in it. If you could print it without issue, no need to print new. - added Sidemount 45mm
