Cup Noodle Birds 2: The Flock Pecks Back I wanted to update the original project and make it easier to print, require fewer screws, and be more glue friendly. Original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4947855 Changes: - Split the main body into two halves, reducing the support material required and a bit easier on the printer and print time. - Created a "smooth" body without a logo. - Revamped the "long chopsticks" top. The top no longer requires screws; instead, the chopsticks slide into a slot. This variant can still use screws for additional strength. - Included a base with a square attached to it, just for added support. - Logo and lettering can be printed separately and attached to the "smooth" body. - Added additional material to help support the screw holes in the body. - Added a rollback to the entrance. I included a few different tops, all of which can function as a feeder/birdbath: - Plain - Top Angled Chopsticks (use with "Chopsticks Short") to add a small perch - Top For Hanging (use with Chopsticks) to hang the birdhouse or add a more prominent perch. Requirements: - Glue for assembly and additional waterproofing - 4 X 1.5" #6 or 35mm M3.5 Screws if using a round base, glue works too. - Scale as necessary (70% is the smallest I would go for actual use); the default scale is for a 6" (152.4 mm) base.
