Lost a wheel? - Print a new one. I dont know how many times ive had these break and couldnt really find a model for a generic dishwasher wheel. - So here it is. Prints nice, Simple design and plenty strong. Make sure to print this in PETG or something with a high tolerance for heat (ABS). Although I wouldnt mind hearing if anyone trys it in PLA+. I had infill set to 20% and resolution to 0.2 for my print and it turned out mint. Diameter of the wheel is 32mm - which should be pretty standard for most dishwashers - the outside rim is 40mm. Inside diameter is 5.6mm Update: After some trial and error ive managed to get some better and worse results by changing around some of the slicer settings, one big thing is to make sure you are avoiding support material on the inside diameters as much as possible! - this will give you cleaner prints, also ive found that printing the clips lying down with the cyclinder on the ground and the right angle supported in the air provides the cleanest print. Make sure you are using a printing material which can withstand the heat! Keen to hear any comments / improvements you guys find. Cheers, and good luck !
