Description
Use at own risk. Don't scale it up, because you want it tight. If you are not getting blood circulation problems (flacid of course) and especially no edema, the ring is probably not too tight. Push the dick trought the tube. Use some lube. Then pull the glans through the ring. Let the ring settle in the tube-funnel. You may want to use the long ring, if the cap is otherwise too spacious. Then put on the cap, again use lube to prevent the thread catching skin. Tighten the cap until you feel good. Consider using hair gel as lube, as it will get sticky when it dries.
