IKEA Skydrag Dimmable Monitor Light
Description
Use an IKEA Skydrag as a monitor light. Combine whichever length and colour Skydrag you prefer with a Trådfri LED driver and switch to make an effective monitor-mounted desk lamp with dimmable function and wireless remote. The only hardware you need is two 30mm M4 bolts, two M4 nuts, and three zipties. Strap the driver into the rear part with two zip ties through the holes on the part, and attach the middle part to it. Don't tighten the bolt yet. Snap the Skydrag into the front part, and attach it to the middle part. Don't tighten the bolt yet. Gather the cables to the lengths you need and fix them to the LED driver with the last zip tie. Place on top of the monitor and adjust the rear part to the angle needed to fix it in place. Tighten the bolt on the rear part. Turn the light on and adjust it to the angle you prefer, then tighten the front bolt.
