Ender 3 X gantry Dual 60mm Part cooling duct

Ender 3 X gantry Dual 60mm Part cooling duct

Description

Im currently designing my own printer from scratch mainly for speed but on the cheep, so took the idea using an Ender 3 but made for pure speed hence the name "Bed Slinger" trying to keep the hotend lightweight as possible i made this part cooling duct to mount directly to the X gantry as im using liner rails giving me the clearance needed. Might make one for those using stock wheel baring design, This is in 2 parts as i needed to fit nuts in where the fan is mounted to for extra strength and vibrations this will generate as it will detroirate the plastic if it was bolted to it. print both parts and fit 4 M4 nuts in the adaptors and use a dab of glue to hold it in and then glue the adaptors to the duct. this way the nuts will never come out or come undone during speed printing. I also used 2 60mm fans with very low current and high CFM balance to avoid damage to stock boards and PWM still works so speeds can still be adjusted. Note: ive never tried this on non-dual Z systems but will put extra weight but have tried to keep this lightweight as possible, this was designed for mosquito hotend, However I've just added an adjustable height version so should work with most hotends THIS IS STILL IN TESTING PHASE! use at your own risk. Think ive covered almost everything if any questions just leave in the comments as i am very active
