Don't get me wrong, this solution works but it is a complex solution to a simple problem. A much simpler, and equally effective solution is VenterMech de-couplers. No other modifications are required to use these. They are compatible with my rear leadscrew wobble limiters. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5063532 I don't claim this is an original solution. I have reworked this design from pioneering work done by others including MirageC, Spiro Argyros and r0bb10IT. - The top wobble ring is integrated into the arms. - I have included a file for lead screw nut should you wish to try print one rather than purchase one. PETG is a great material choice for the lead screw nuts. - Each bearing ball is located by two magnets, one above and one below each ball bearing. Having a bearing on each side of the ball bearing helps keep the bearing centered. It also provides a stronger magnetic force to keep the assembly clamped together. These will help stop you loosing the bearing balls while working on the printer. The magnets in each pair should be orientated to attract each other. Twenty four: 6 mm x 3 mm neodymium magnets. Available from Aliexpress. Forty eight: 10mm long 3 mm diameter steel pins. You preferably want these to be magnetic. Look for GCr15 Bearing steel roller 3mm pins Twelve: 4mm bearing balls (Specify that you want them magnetic. Do not get stainless steel ones). Available from any bearing supply shop for about 10 cents each. Three: TR8 x 4 lead screw nuts. These are available from Aliexpress. I have also included a file for the bottom wobble ring that you can insert one of the lead screw nuts into. Twelve: 3mm x 8mm counter sunk screws (to fasten the lead screw nuts into the bottom wobble ring. Twelve: 3 mm x 5 mm heat inserts. You will need to print. 1 x left arm 1 x right arm 1 x rear arm 3 x wobble rings 3 x bottom wobble rings non integrated.
